How to Get Big Biceps
Our biceps are one of the body parts that have the most nicknames after the penis. Some call it guns, pythons, rockweillers and so on, and you want to be able to give your biceps a nice name too. But do you still have skinny arms? Or arms with no muscle definition?
Women love guys with strong arms, and that is why so many men are can be seen at the gym doing endless bicep curls and what not's.
So if so many guys are serious about getting big biceps, how come all guys don't have them? The answer is that many guys go about their bicep exercises the wrong way, making mistakes that keep them from getting the "big guns".
Is more always better?
No. More is not always better; there is always a limit you must set yourself to. If you did 3 quality sets then stop, don't force losing quality over quantity. Next time do an extra set if you can still keep up with quality.
Mirror, Mirror on the Wall...
Tons of guys are obsessed with looking at themselves in the mirror while training, which can lead you to keep on doing sloppy sets or even worse not focusing on sets. Remember, you are training, mirror time can come after.
Proportions
You will look ridiculous if you have huge arms and a small chest that is why it is important to tie in other muscles in your workout as well, especially the chest area and shoulders.
Variations
Don't stick to the same bicep workout every time, use a different bicep exercises each time. And if you take 2 exercises such as barbell curls and dumbbell curls, alternate these and the amount of weight you lift as well.
In No Nonsense Muscle Building, fitness expert Vince Del Monte recommends that you focus on increasing your muscle mass 1 pound each week. Following a good diet and workout you will have an extra inch on your arms in no time.
